Booking Conditions
To help you with your booking so that you can enjoy your stay at Casa Júbilo, we've included here the details of how to pay the deposit and some of the charges and options available. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Rental Deposit
A 50% booking deposit is payable in advance to secure a reservation. The booking deposit will be returned in full if a booking is cancelled at least 4 weeks prior to commencement of the rental period. Any cancellation later than that and no deposit will be refunded. Please contact us for details of how to transfer the deposit.
Balance of payment
The remaining 50% payment for the full rental period must be paid before the start of the rental period.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of R$400 will be held against any loss of damage to the property or inventory. If no damage or loss occurs, the deposit will be returned within seven days of the end of the rental.
Extra Guests
Extra guests above the number agreed when the deposit was paid are subject to an additional charge of R$200 per person per night, payable in advance, up to a maximum of 20 guests in total.
Linen and Towels
Bed linen and towels are available on request for an additional fee and must be returned in good condition at the end of the rental.
Rental Contract
The full terms of the agreement are included in the rental contract, which will be sent by email once a reservation is made. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Liability
The tenant and all guests agree to indemnify the owners and staff of Casa Jubilo against any loss, damage, accident or injury under any circumstances.
